4. Payments

All payments for our services are handled exclusively through Wise, Bank Transfer, or Upwork
We do not collect or store your payment information on our website.
Payment terms and project start dates are always discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.

5. Refund Policy

Our work involves strategy, setup, and execution, which means time, tools, and creative labor are invested from day one.
For that reason, all payments made for marketing services are non-refundable once work has started.
However, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If something feels off, talk to us. We’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, frameworks, and strategies developed by Bookflow Media LLC, including our proprietary Best Seller Positioning System (BPS), remain the intellectual property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
